With a National Academy of Sports Medicine certification and more than 30-years experience in the fitness industry, Lael is committed to helping you build strength using proper body mechanics – improving your balance, posture, and overall health.

Corrective Exercise

Careful attention to proper alignment will help correct muscle imbalances brought on by previous injury, improper body mechanics, or plain old overuse. This strengthens weak muscles, stretches overactive muscles, and enhances the use of core stabilizers while building muscle.
